• We appreciate the bespoke design service that Stephen provides; as we wanted a simple design.
• Don't forget to promote the local sustainable timber more e.g. on the website.
• Although on delivery the fitter had forgotten the base slats, he rushed straight back to fetch them.

How can we improve:

• When customers come to visit the workshop, how about a simple direction sign at the top of your track? Check out our improved page 'How To Find Us'
• Maybe you could promote the bespoke design service more on the web pages- pictures of the tree; wood seasoning; rough cut; tape measures; and then staining.
